Whether you’re grappling with grief, navigating a tough life transition, or figuring out how to thrive with a late diagnosis of autism, I offer a space where you can truly be seen and supported.

What should I expect during our first session?

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and any background information you think is important. It’s also a time for you to ask me any questions and see if we’re a good fit for working together. It’s totally normal to feel a little nervous at first—my goal is to make you feel comfortable and heard.

How often will we meet?

Most clients find that weekly or bi-weekly sessions work best, especially in the beginning, to establish momentum and trust. As we progress, we can discuss adjusting the frequency to suit your needs. The frequency of sessions is always a collaborative decision!
